INVITATION TO THE 16th ANNUAL KICKBOXING TOURNAMENT REGISTRATED ATHLETS
“ESTOPEN, 2011”.

INVITATION Estonian Kickboxing Federation invites all Kickboxing clubs to participate in the 16th annual Kickboxing Tournament “ESTOPEN,2011” in February 18-20, 2011.
-Competition is organized by the executive Committee of EKBF, under the amateur kickboxing rules of WAKO, participating teams must follow this program:

PROGRAMM. The competition will take place in Tallinn, the capital of Estonia in in February 18-20, 2011.
February, 18 (Friday):
Arrival of teams and judges.
18.00-21.00 - Weighting-in and medical check.(Juhkentali Str.12)
21.00 – Draw
February, 19 (Saturday):
10.00- Qualification fights (Part 1)
15.00– Opening ceremony. Qualification fights (Part 2)
19.00 – Finals for light-contact, awarding ceremony
February,20 (Sunday):
9.00-10.00 – Weighting-in for finalists of ring-styles
10.00 – Finals, awarding ceremony

PARTICIPATION. All kick-boxing clubs of Estonia and other states, according to given entry-forms. Participating SENIORS and JUNIORS
Each club can present several fighters in each weight division.

-51, -54, -57, -60, -63,5, -67, -71, -75, -81, -86, -91, 91+ kg.
Full-contact seniors (MFC) and juniors (JFC):

K-1 rules seniors (MKR) and juniors (JKR):

Full-contact, K-1 rules and Low-kickboxing women (FFC, FKR and FLK)

Light-contact seniors (MLC) and Kick-light kickboxing seniors (MKLK) age 18-45, light-contact juniors (JLC) and Kick-light kickboxing juniors (JKLK) age 16-18:

Light-contact women (FLC) and Kick-light kickboxing women (FKLK), age 15-40

RULES Competition is held under amateur WAKO rules.

Protests during the competition - to the name of General referee with pledge 500 EEK.
PROTECTION. Head-protector (with top head cover), gloves (10 oz) and foots according to WAKO-rules fighters bring by themselves. Another protection according to WAKO-rules

STARTING FEE Starting fee - 25 EUR or 400 EEK ( Estonian crowns) per competitor.
Payment during the registration in cash.
1 EUR = 15,64 EEK




ACCOMMODATION
Organizer is responsible for accommodation of the referees, but only for personally appointed by organizing committee.
All accommodation and food expenses on the account of participating teams.

VISA. All participants must take visas in Estonian embassies in their countries if needed.

MEDICAL SERVICES Organizer is responsible for medical help to all official members of participating teams during the competition (according to their health-insurance).

MEDALS AND AWARDING. All first three places winners will have medals and diplomas.
Special awards and cups for best figters and teams.

WEIGHTING-IN Registration and weighting-in of the fighters will be made after presenting the following papers:
1. Kickboxing pass (for clubs WAKO or other kickboxing world federation members MANDATORY) or some other ID with the picture of the fighter and the date of birth for another fighting federations.
2. One fresh photo-picture of the fighter for pass to the venue. All coaches and representatives should have pictures for the pass too. NO REGISTRATION without picture !
3. Money in cash for starting fee.
